Dear Scholarship Applicant,

The following are Scholarship Qualifications and Guidelines:

1. The applicant shall be a High School Senior or graduated from any Miami-Dade School; and live in the South Dade-Homestead Community with a zip code: 33030, 33031, 33032, 33033, 33034 or 33035. Applicants can not be related to any persons on the scholarship committee member.

2. Grades, Extra Curricular Activities and Community Service are each given equal
weight and must be documented to include with his/her application. The Scholarship
criteria requires the applicant to have engaged in community service and/or school
activities.
